This policy explains how archidiecezjawroclawroblox.pl processes data for the website, Discord/Roblox verification and community features.
Archidiecezja Wrocławska Roblox is a community roleplay project and is not affiliated with the real Archdiocese of Wrocław or any real church institution.
We process data needed for login, verification, moderation, forms, applications, security, statistics and communication.
Privacy requests can be sent to the project administration.

The scope depends on the features used by the user.
Processing relies on service necessity, legitimate interests, consent or a legal duty where applicable.
Data may be shared with authorized staff and providers such as Discord, Roblox, Vercel, MongoDB hosting, email providers, Google AdSense and AI providers when a feature is active.
International transfers may occur depending on provider configuration. Retention lasts only as long as needed for the stated purposes, security, accountability or legal claims.
This notice is designed for users in Poland, the European Economic Area and, where applicable, the United States.
For users in Poland, processing is described under the GDPR and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and you may complain to the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority.
Where a U.S. federal or state privacy law applies, including the California CCPA/CPRA or another applicable state act, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain portability, appeal a refusal, opt out of sale or sharing, opt out of targeted advertising, and receive equal treatment. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. U.S. state laws have different definitions and thresholds, so state-specific rights apply only where the relevant law covers the user and this project.
We aim to respond to verified requests without unreasonable delay and within the deadline required by the applicable law. We may ask for information needed to prevent unauthorized disclosure, but we never ask for a password or Discord/Roblox token.
Users may exercise GDPR rights and control cookies through browser settings and available consent tools.
